hi,

i`m just waiting for my kit ordered few days ago .
Now i`m thinking of enclosures ("boxes" - only about the way i could finish them - lacquer or wood or sth. ...the main thing strictly according to "bauplan" of Mr Zoller of course))
but i want to change the place for bass-reflex - i want to make it in the front
and i would like to hear (read) what Mr. Zoller thinking about this idea.....

itÂ´s ok. You can change the place. Most of the users do the opening on the back, so that one does not see them.

hi and welcome...
you can put the Reflexport to the frontside, its no Problem,

but in case of lacque i prefer backside because u always see Lacqering Problems in the port. Its also very complicated with veneer if you want to have the port the same looking like the surface outside.

If you leave it on the backside you can just spray a little black inside and thats it.

On Front it would be an alternative to put a rigid Tube with similar surface area and depth.

The speakers look very nice in Wood veneer like the ones an Austrian Member made them.
